I want to offset my archived calender back a year from my current calendar.
So I can easily compare what I did last year with this year. Is this even
possible without scrolling?

Can you tell us your version and what exactly yo mean by Offset the
Calendar?

I have Outlook Office 2003. When I look at a date, week, or month in my
current calendar; I want to be able to see the same date, week or month from
last year side by side. I want to be able to compare this year with last year
as an aid in preparing, planning, or coordinating events for this year. So
literally, when I compare my current calendar with my archive calendar, I
want one side to display May 2005 and the other to display May 2004.

You could be a bit creative and drag all your meetings in the archive folder
back an entire year.

If you grab a meeting with the mouse, you can drag it back a month, easy.
Exactly how you would do that with a whole year's worth of appointments is a
challenge! Have a play - the concept's OK.
