Is there any way I can mark an appointment as completed in Outlook 2007? I
have some items that I don't want to list a tasks, but as all day events on
my calendar as my task list is way too long. I would like to be able to mark
these items as complete, as well as other appointments when they are done.
Any help available out there?

Sure - easiest method is to open the item and add "completed" to preceed the subject.

No, you can't mark it complete so that it no longer shows on the task list.

** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version
when requesting assistance **

On top of Milly's good idea, you could also use the Color Category
system. Make a category of COMPLETE and then it will also
show in a special color that it is completed.
