Can I Make The List Horizontal

A customer can select one or more options from a list of five options. I
need to record the options a customer selects and use the following table:
TblCustomerOptions
CustomerOptionsID
CustomerID
OptionID

Is there a way to make the list of options on a form a horizontal list
rather than vertical?
