Can I make my slides look like a demonstration?

I am creating slides of our software system which I would like to look as if
it's an actual demonstration of the system.

I have been unable to find a cursor arrow in clip art (apart from with boxes
around it), and not sure if and how animation will work in this way.

I am using PowerPoint 2003.

Any advice will be gratefully received.

If it was me I'd probably record an actual demonstration with something like
Camtasia from
www.techsmith.com

I second TAJ - use screen recording software. If you can't afford Camtasia
then you can use the free PowerPoint add-in 'Producer'. You can use this to
create the screen recordings then insert the movies into PowerPoint (i.e.
you don't actually have to create a 'Producer' presentation).
