Can I make a Video CD w/Windows XP Moviemaker?

I have Movie Maker Version 2.0.3312.0. I would like to know if it is possible to burn my created slide show movie in a Video CD format? I would like to share my movies on most DVD players (connected to a TV). Thanks for any help you can provide.
 
Yes, but not with MM2... you need to use other software to take the saved
movie and burn a standard VCD disc.
