I am used to XP that let you create Icons for another users contacts and
calendar but can't figure it out in Outlook 2003 SP2.
Thanks

I have them in my folder tree - however their contacts and calendar aren't
listed when I have my favorites folder/mail view open. If I do GO folders
view, it shows their calendar and contacts however then my favorites
folder is gone so I can't create a shortcut. Strange that this was SOO
much easier/intuitive in XP. I honestly can't figure this out with 2003.
