Sure you can. If you are using active directory, then create group policies
for your clients and import Office administrative templates (they are in
office resource kit). This way, you can force office settings to the
clients.

No problem Diana :-)
Can you tell me which version of Office are you using ? Are you familiar
with Group policies? Are you using Active directory on your network?
Please answer this questions so that I could answer you accurately.

Ok Diana here we go.

1. You must obtain a copy of Office XP resource Kit. You can download it
from
(http://download.microsoft.com/download/OfficeXPProf/Install/10.0.4601.0/W98
2KMeXP/EN-US/orktools.exe)
2. Install it to one of your machine. After installation, your
administrative templates will be installed in \windows\inf folder (adm
files) - see the link below for more info on which templates are there
3. You can copy those templates ove to the server in %systemroot%\inf folder
4. Now create/modify group policy which will afect your users
5. Go to User Configuration and rightclick on Administrative templates
6. Select Add/remove templates
7. Import office templates.
8. Now you can work with office admin templates to set your options.
