Hi everyone, is the any attribute I can modify to be able to limit the
number of objects that I can create under an OU. For example I would like a
user to be capable of only creating only 5 user account under Sales OU.

Thanks a lot to everyone.

There is no built-in way to do this.

One can imagine some (bizarre) script that
accomplishes this but not anything likely to
be practical AND foolproof.

Thanks a lot. It's a shame.

Also before I say something cannot be done,
allow me to mention:

By default, Windows AD allows an ordinary
user to create up to 10 Computer accounts; the
idea being that the user can remove and re-add
his own station to the domain without admin
intervention.

How did they do that? My guess is with special
code but maybe there is a hint there if you are
really ambitionious....

AD doesn't implement business rules like this. You can do it through a
provisioning system or something like that.
