Can I interrupt auto logon?

I have a few users under win2000pro. I've configured 2k to automatically
logon user X. However, if user Y (me) turns the pc on, or needs to reboot,
I have to log off user X and log myself on. Can I intercept this process to
log me on instead?

Thanks. She's old n slow but stable. I don't want to have to wait until
the pc "starts up". Can I press anything BEFORE I reboot so that the logon
screen is there when I come back? Right now I am laying a socket wrench on
top of my Shift key. Thanks again in advance.
