Can I install Frontpage 2003on more than one computer

I plan to purchase Frontpage 2003 I've heard that the full version cd can
only be installed on two machines. Is this true, and if it is, can one
uninstall it from one pc and transfer it to another? My concern is what to do
if my pc should crash or I upgrade/get a new pc.
 
One desktop and one laptop.
If either "crashes" you can reinstall it.

But the Activation Wizard will detect that you have installed more time then your license allows.

You can install FP2k3 three times regardless of type of PC. After 3 times (3
activations), if you install on another one or reinstall on one of the first
3, you must call MS/Help.

And don't count on a cordial response. A few months ago I did a
reformat/reinstall to correct an otherwise unfixable problem with XP, and
activated the reinstalled FP 2003 without a problem. The following day I got
a "blue screen" crash, requiring yet another bare-drive install. This time
Microsoft's phone staffer was remarkably rude, behaving like a cop rather
than a vendor -- demanding to know exactly why was I activating again so
soon, etc. Since both crashes were the result of problems with Microsoft's
operating system, I was not pleased to be given an unfriendly grilling by an
offshore representative of the same firm.

Yep! Most of these service types are likely located in "India". You probably
encountered a 20cent/hour laborer who speaks no English. I would ignore them
and hangup, sometimes I just told them "GET LOST!". The next call usually a
better English spoken help desk person.

BTW: I was wrong that I said in the previous post that one can install 3
times on any machine. Actually, that is dead wrong. Frontpage license (the
way I read) only allows you to install on one machine 3 times, not on
different machine. The term "3 times" means 3 physical modifications to
your hardware configuration within the same PC (that you need not to call
MS/Activator in person). After the 3rd modification, you have to call these
Idiot Help Desksters! Unless someones here understand differently.
