Help, please! My laptop was formatted with a very small
C drive and the balance of the available space is on a
second partition D drive. Is it possible to increase the
size of the C partition and concurrently decrease the
size of the D partition? I don't want to have to
reformat the entire drive and reload everything. Any
assistance would be much appreciated!

The only way you can delete, create, resize or merge existing partitions,
and not harm your existing Windows XP installation, is to use
a third-party partitioning program such as Partition Magic 8
(www.powerquest.com).
