Can I improve the pic quality for a VCD?

The pics I used for my project had a high resolution which was lost when
converting to VCD. The result is a lot of grainy, fuzzy pictures in the
story. Is there any way to raise the resolution when making a VCD?

I guess you are using PhotoStory 3?
Try a different profile...you can find the
choices on the "Save Your Story" screen
by clicking the "Settings" button.

And bear in mind that VCD is a low-resolution format. DVD is much
better, but still substantially worse than most computer monitors.
