I have created a website using MS Publisher, but now I need the extra
functionality of FrontPage (e.g., anchors, more advanced editing, etc.). The
question is how exactly can I import the whole website into FrontPage so that
I can manage it there?

Any and all suggestions/ideas much appreciated.

Yes, but you won't like the results.

Using publisher save the pages as html files and then import the files and folders created.

That said, You'll be much better off starting over and creating a new web in FrontPage.
You'll spend ( waste ) countless hours trying to make it work in FP.

A web site / web page created in publisher is totally incompatible with FrontPage.
