How do I import into Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express from Hotmail or Yahoo
mail and still leave the original message in the Hotmail or Yahoo inbox?

Also, how do I import my contact list from these email sites into Outlook or
Outlook express

I'm not sure about Hotmail, but Yahoo uses a version of Intellisync that can
keep your addresses and calendar synched between Yahoo and Outlook 2003 or
Outlook Express.

As for the messages, I would consider POP3 access to those servers and set
your POP3 client to leave the message on the server.

You can only do this if you have a paid subscription (ie the free accounts
won't work) unless you have a Yahoo UK mail account.....

See above......
