To expand on Milly's question/suggestion.......
Normally, the first thing that one would look for in a given product is
whether it has Import/Export somewhere in the options (generally under the
<File> menu option). In MS Works (at least in the version 8.0 that we have
for a frame of reference) - that isn't the case. Within in the "DataBase"
component of MS Works (as per v8.0 which may differ in other versions of MS
Works but doubt it), you can do exactly what Milly asks/suggests EXCEPT in
this case - you need to open your database and do a "SAVE AS" and select the
CSV file format. You will not have the option to select which fields which
you can select but that should not be a big deal. Once the DB is saved -
import the resulting CSV file and MAP the fields you want to import.
