Can I Import a form created with excel into an access database

I regularly complete a form generated in excel.to save inputing repetative
data is it possible to import the form to access with a view to automating
the form completion
 
AFAIK, it was possible to import Excel forms into Access 2000 and perhaps
2002, but not 2003. However, no further development can be done in them in
Access.
You'll probably find it worth your while to redevelop the form in
Access.
