I currently have Office 2000 installed on my test PC at
workm but I also need to install Office XP (2002) or at
least PowerPoint XP (2002) on the same Operating System.

I'm using Windows 2000 for OS.

Thanks in advance

Yes. It will work well. Do a custom install and select only the
applications you want to install. Read the dialogs carefully to ensure that
you don't also remove PowerPoint 2000. I have four versions installed on my
system. The guidelines are to install the oldest version first (you have)
and install each version to a unique folder (prevents overwriting "same
name" files, etc.).

Thanks for the info, however, when I put the Office XP
(2002) CD in, I only have the following options available:

- Add or Remove Features
- Repair Office
- Uninstall Office

I think I get this since I'm running Outlook XP (2002)
that I installed a few months ago.

So if I select Add or Remove, do I need to make sure that
nothing has a RED X over it?

Thanks again.

I figured it out and the problem was since I had Outlook
XP installed already. I just made sure to de-select what I
didn't want installed, and installed PowerPoint XP with
the Office 10 folder that Outlook XP had created.

Thanks for the info, hope this helps for future
information.
