Can I have my Group Footer Below Page Footer

Is it possible for me to have my group footer appear below
my page footer? I have a page footer that I need on every
page, but below that I have a group footer that has total
values for that group, which may span multiple pages. I
only want the group footer to appear on the last page of
the group, but below the disclaimer (page footer). Is
this possible.

No its not possible. The page footer will always be the last section on a
page.
