Can I have Multiple Contact Fields in Contact Form

I would like to have several Contact fields in my default Contact form to allow me (for example) to have associated Doctors in one field and Lawyers in another--and so on. On my first attempt, I susccessfully created a second Contact field but it displays all contacts no matter which field is used when creating the link

Is what I want to do possible? Is there a source for how to do it?
 
It is not possible to add a second field with the same functionality as the
built-in Contacts field (aka Links collection).
