I had a problem decrypting my .PST file after I installed and uninstalled Viralock .... long story but that's not pertinent. I tried importing a good .PST file and instead it created a new Personal Folder File so now I have two Personal Folder Files in my Outlook 2000 Folder list - each one is complete with calendar, contacts, etcetera. Outlook 2000 seems to run fine this way, but there is no command to delete the 2nd .PST file I no longer want. So fine, it works.
My question is, the techie at Viralock now decrypted my .PST file so I want to load that one in there, but I made some changes I want to keep to one of the Personal Folder Files, the top one in the folder list. So I want to keep that, delete the 2nd version, and import the new decrypted .PST file to replace that? Any way I can do that? Is it okay to have 2 or 3 personal folder files loaded in Outlook 2000 simultaneously?
