I'm a new user and have both Access 2000 & OUtlook 2000. Can I isolate a group of e-mmail addresses and then export this to Outlook for use w/ one, blanket e-mail?
What I would do is...
First, export your Outlook Contact List to Access. This will give your the
Table Structure that Outlook
is looking for to Import.
Then, either Import this Table or link it...
Write an Append Query from your Access Database.
Import it back into Outlook.
