Pete

I just moved to the Middle East from the States. The work
week here is Saturday to Thursday. So it would be great
if I could figure out a way to make Saturday and Sunday
have there own "FULL" sections of the week and month
view. Anyone have any ideas? If so feel free to email me
at (e-mail address removed). Thanks, Pete

tools, options, calendar if you want to change your calendar layout

right click on the calendar, choose other settings and uncheck compress
weekends.

You can also use the Tools->Options->Calendar to set your work week days to
be Sunday through Thursday using the boxes at the top of the page.

You can right click anywhere on your calendar and
select "Other settings" Then uncheck the box that
says "compress weekend days". That will get you your full
view of the week.

To solve your start date problem, pull down your tools
menu, then options, then click on the Calendar options
tab. In there make sure all the days of the week are
checked you want to show and then change the First Day of
Week box to show Saturday or whatever.

You can show the whole week by setting your view as "work
week" (it should be on your tool bar at the top. Once
you have done that you may only see the M-F because that
is the default US settings. You will need to click
tools;options;on the preference tab you will see calendar
options - click it. You will see the calender work week
and m-f should be checked off. Just click on the days
you need and click ok and ok until all of the other
windows are closed. You will see the entire selection of
your choice. Hope that helps.
