Can I edit a ppsx file?

Hello! I want to know if it is possible to edit a file with a ppsx format. I´m able to open it and see what the presentation is about but I don´t know if I can be able to edit it. I would really appreciate your help! thank you!
 
Hi Javier

Open PowerPoint first then open the ppsx through file -> open or office
button -> open. PPSX is a 2007 file format but if you download the
compatibility pack you can edit it with previous versions - well, not all
parts (e.g. text with new effects, SmartArt, pictures with new effects).
