Can I e-mail a Presentation so it opens up in Slide Show mode?

I would like to sent a Power Point Presentation to someone. When they click
to open it, I would like the Slide Show to open, and not the Power Point
program.
 
The recipient would have to have either the full version of PowerPoint or the
PowerPoint viewer installed on their system and if you saved you presentation as
a .pps file, when clicked on will open in the slide show mode.
