Can I do this with MM?

I have created my first Video. I came out really well. Now I want to try new
things as well and want to know if I can d othis in MM.

Is there a way to take a clip and have it show in "slow motion"?

Is there a way to add caption to the clip as the movie is playing, like you
would see during the news when you see the reporters name?

Both features are built into MM2.

Apply the Slow Down - 50% effect to the clip to have it go in slow motion...
if it's not slow enough, apply it twice to the same clip and it'll play at
1/4 speed..... you can apply up to six of the same or multiple effects to
each clip.

On the caption, select a video clip on the timeline and add a title overlay
to it.
