I can do...but someone knows around what kind of sofware or video capture
card have with the requirements of my pc so I can do my movies...? please help

It is mandatory that you'll need a video capture card to transfer the VHS-C
tapes to DVD so if your system does not meet the card's minimum requirements
then you are stuck. Period.

Upgrading your CPU to meet minimums is not expensive. Go to
www.powerleap.com and see what they have.

Jerry, while not especially polite :) is correct. Unless you can find a
capture card that will work with your specs you are a bit stuck.
Do you have a friend with a computer you can use to capture?
You could then burn the captured clips to a DVD+RW to transfer to your
computer for editing.
This may be the long way around, upgrading a slower system is the best way
to go, but I won't go so far as to say "Upgrading your CPU to meet minimums
is not expensive" since everything costs money and it doesn't grow on trees.

Hello amigos thanks for the information ..I allready check a upgrade for my
