i have a report (cheques) that have multible user access and i want to audit
printing this cheques.

but the file print command is alwayes appearing also the tool bar icon of
the printer. so anyuser have acces to c the report can print it.

the thing is i want to disable printing this report twice, after i mark the
printed record.

thanks

You need to have a field in the underlying record that you set when you have
printed it, and the report query should have a criteria selecting only
records that do not have that field set to indicate they have already been
printed.

I suggest you manually command that field to be set, AFTER you review the
printed output. Particularly in office settings with shared printers, I have
seen a number of absolutely unintelligible messes due to printer jams --
where the only option was to print again.
