Can I customize Outlook Calendar times to non-standard intervals?

I am a teacher and I want to customize the times in my Outlook daily and
weekly calendar view to coincide with my class periods. Is there a template
out there that will do this?

Just enter the times you want when you make an appointment.. I don't think
you can do what you describe.
