I have developed an access data base of states that includes 13 different
fields. I would like to make a word document from each record (state) which
includes the information in the data base. Is this possible?

Yes. That is a funtion in Word called Mail Merge. You would need to post
your question in a Word newsgroup for details on how to get the data from
Access and into Word.

Usually this can be done with a simple mailmerge. These links will help:

Albert Kallal's sample mailmerge application:

Did you receive any satisfactory information on how to do this? I am looking
to write a Word document and then use my Access Database to develop a
mailmerge.
