Can I create a wiki-effect in my Outlook Notes

Outlook Notes are quite useful, but would be much more so if they were more
wiki like. For example, if the first line of a note was in wiki format (ie
ThisNote), then that note could be referred to within the body of another
note (ie 'see ThisNote') If this was a hyperlink, one could then jump
straight to it.

How hard would the VBA to do this?
 
I think this is a great idea. I've been googling around for a solution to
this and think it would make a agreat addition to Outlook.

Tom, from your reply do you mean, "No, it is not possible"? Is there any
solution at all? Can Notes be accessed from some other program through the
..pst file?
