Yes. What you need to do is to install the printer in Windows again through
Add Printer in the Start, Printers and Faxes dialog. Then right-click on
each instance of the printer and select Properties. Under Printing
Preferences, set up that particular option that you need. You can also
right-click and rename each printer to somehow represent the differences:
say HP simplex, HP Duplex, HP Draft.
In Word you will need to create (record) simple macros that selects File,
Print, Selects a particular printer and then prints the document. Do that
for each printer you created giving the macro obvious names. Once you have
done that, you can add the macros to a toolbar.
