Can I count??

Dear all,

I have following value in the cells:
a1: 90%, a2: 96%, a3: 97%, a4: 103%, a5: 99%

Can i use some simple formulars like countif(), to show if the value fall in
95%-100%, the result will be 3? "3 cells in my 95%-100% range"? Can i use
"=countif(a1:a5, >95% and <100%)"?
