I want to change my server to a dofferent configuration
ones. Can I copying active directory data from my old
server to my new ones before I replace it? How? Thanks.

Hi,

If you are using the same computer as your AD server, you
can simply backup your system state, reload your system
and then restore the system state. This will preserve the
activie directory.

If not, you may want to use the NTDSUTIL to export what
you can from active directory then use it to restore it
later.

The easiest way would be to run DCPROMO on the new
server, let replicate a day or so, transfer the FSMO
roles (if any) and then run DCPROMO on the old one to
demote it.

I say this because Renaisanto said he wants to copy
before he takes the old one down.
