Can I convert Contact to Address book ?

Can I convert Contact to Address book so that cc to other people
easily.

When I want to cc many people, I couldn't choose the name on my
contact, that's the problem. Therefore, I am looking for a solution
which can import the contact email to address book ( or something I
can select from cc )

You don't understand. They already are one in the same. The Outlook Address
Book contains no data. It simply displays the electronic addresses in your
Contacts Folder. You're the only one who can look at your installation and
determine how your Outlook Address Book has been misconfigured. Start out by
