hello all,
In our company, we have Windows 2000 advanced
server with terminal services installed. we have clients
running on windows2000 professional,XP. can i connect to a
client computer running on windows2000 professional from
another client computer running on windows2000
professional or XP. i was unable to find the list of
client computers in the terminal services client.
Please clarify my doubt.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
vamsi

You can connect to XP clients, but you cannot connect to W2K
clients. You can connect *from* W2K clients to Terminal Servers
and XP clients, if you install the latest rdp client on them.

You can activate Remote Desktop on an XP client by going to My
Computer - Properties - Remote Desktop (or something very like
it).

Download the latest client from:

Hello Vera Noest,
yes i was able to connect XP Clients, even with out
installing the RDP Client. I have enabled Remote Desktop
Sharing in XP System and now i was able to connect with
terminal services from 2000Professional. Thank you for
your Suggestion.Thank you Very much.

Vamsi.
