D Dustin Harper Mar 20, 2007 #2 Yes, no reason to buy a new copy. You will have to do a clean install of the 32Bit version, though. Depending on the version you have, you might have to aquire a 32Bit disk. You do have to reactive, but doesn't require a new license.
