Does this have anything at all to do with an Access database? If so,
what is your database structure, i.e. what are your entities (tables)
and attributes (fields in tables), and how are they related? Exactly how
are you keeping track of meetings and meeting lengths?
We're users, not mindreaders. YOU can see what you're talking about. WE
can't. Assuming that this is an Access-related problem, post back with
some substantive info and someone will try to help. If it is not
Access-related, please post your question to the appropriate newsgroup
(although I'm 99.9% certain that they'll need more details from you
