No, it isn't that simple; and changing it will break a lot of things. If
you have more than one DC you might risk it, otherwise I would not.

You'd also have to change DNS, DHCP, WINS, etc - it can be done, but
exercise caution & do it after hours. If you have anything running that
requires inbound access from the Internet/another network, you'll need to
change your router/firewall rules accordingly, too.
