I don't know if this is the right group for this but, it is about
customizing XP. I'm using StyleXP to change XP's "look and feel". There
are still a few things that remind me I'm using Microsoft Windows, and its
depressing me. That's mainly the icons in the toolbar of the folders that
I open (green arrows, red X, magnifying glass, etc...). Also the Windows
logo in the top left corner - sure would like to get rid of that. The
other thing is that some of the window minimize/maximize buttons don't
change in some of the windows of my programs, like my web browser
(exterior window yes, interior windows, no). But that's another issue....
Anyone know of a way to change these elements that StyleXP doesn't alter?
(Preferably without taking up additional resources on a permanent basis,
ie. WinBlinds!)

There's some little program called YZ Toolbar that can change the icons in
Explorer's toolbar. And that windows icon in the top left corner, do you
mean the little flag in the top *right* corner, the throbber? You can
easily change that without any other program. A link on this page has some
good directions.
