Can I change the File Insert Default Folder

When you are inserting a file as an attachment to your e-
mail, the "My Documents" file comes up by default. Can
you change this default file? If not, is there a way to
add a shortcut the the bar on the insert file pop up box?

Never mind, I found it. You have to regedit the windows
default folders.
