Is there ANY way to set "Outlook today" to show more than
today + the next 6 days. I would like to see 2 or even 4
weeks ahead.

Yes, but it involves editing the registry so take care!
If you're not VERY familiar with that - DO NOT DO IT!!!

1) Verify (Taskmanager, Processes) that Outlook is NOT
RUNNING.
2) Find 'CalDays' (at least two instances).
3) Export (=backup) both keys (named 'Today').
4) Change to desired # of days.
I suggest you stay below 14 to avoid breaking thru the
unvisible bottom line. It's way above the window frame.
Indication of 'break thru' is meetings/appointments will
appear to coincide with others, when in fact they don't if
checked in the calendar view. Probably a result of Outlook
scrolling to the end of your appointments list, showing
the last item on the last line available.

Have fun!
