Is there a way to change one hard drive designation to another?

Currently I have a dual boot system and works fine. XP is on C: D: (120Gig)
and Vista Ultimate running on V: (750 Gig) and I have reached the point where
I would like to remove the old small drive C:/D: and replace it with a larger
dive for extra storage.
The problem is if I just remove the old drive the computer will not boot. I
guess it is because it does not see a C: drive, only V:
How can I change V: to C:?

Mark,

Right click COMPUTER, click MANAGE, double click DISK MANAGEMENT, right
click on a Disk in the list and choose "Change Drive Letter & Paths."
