Is it possible to update a running presentation?
For example the speaker mentions something that should be put in text on the
next slide.
Can the computer operator quickly type in the additional info with out the
audience seeing the process on screen.

Hi Kempo,

Yes, but only if the set-up is in dual mode. This means that what will
appear on the laptop monitor is the edit window and what appears on the
projector is the presentation. It requires the operator to 'jump out of the
presentation' which pauses what the audience sees, then they can modify the
next slide's text, then 'Resume' the show.
