Can I centrally set folder options?

Hi All,
At our school, we have a Group Policy to prevent access to Folder Options in
the Tools menu in Windows Explorer. The students are complaining that each
folder now opens in a new window and I can see that this is a bit of a pain.
Is there a way to set the 'display in same window' folder option centrally
as it appears to be a per user setting in XP (we've just moved from W98 to
XP on the clients) without removing this policy?

isn't that just a regsetting, so you can push it ?
