Can I bring Video in through HIS Excalibur Radeon 9800 Pro 128 Mb

I am using the above card but it is Non VIVO version with usual VGA, TV out
(S-Video), and DVI-I ports. I am wondering whether it is possible to use
this card as Video in and Video Out version just like VIVO model one being
sold on the market. If not then how do I bring Video (from TV, DVD, VCR etc)
into my computer for recording it on my HDD with a view to edit digital
video, burn CD and DVD.

My system is P4 2.8 GHz, 1Gb RAM, Gigabyte 8KNXP Rev 2 Motherboard, and
usual IDE HDDs, DVDRW, CDRW etc.

Simple answer is no! Like my own card it is missing a small amount of
hardware on the board, and has no video in connectors. Thats why its not
sold as a VIVO card.
