Can I allow someone from another computer edit my website?

Frontpage 2003 - I have designed and posted a website for a friend. One page
will need frequent updates - I created a table to allow for this information
- my question is: can she update the information from her computer? or will
she need to send me the updated information so l can enter the data?
 
Her computer as long as the live/remote site has the FP extensions and she has FP installed.
