Can I add FrontPage to an existing website?

I want to modify an existing website, which doesn't use FrontPage. I want to
add forms using FrontPage with a confirmation page, but I haven't been able
to make it work.
The website is hosted on Earthlink, which has FrontPage extensions.
My first question is, can I use my existing website and add forms using
FrontPage or do I have to use FrontPage for the whole site?

All you need to do is open the web site in FrontPage (File, Open Web), add
the form and confirmation page and save it. If your web host does have the
FrontPage Extensions installed then it should work fine.
