Can I add additional toolbars in IE6?

I know you have the "Links" toolbar, but can you make tool
bars for additional subfolders you have in your faviorites
file? I know some programs do it when you install them
like Adobe, Norton & DAP (Download excelerator)?
 
No .....only for the links section.
I have compressed the toolbars to only two. Standard
buttons and address box and customize on top bar. Below
this is Links toolbar across entire width of screen.
Total 16 links with 10-15 sites/folders under each link.
Takes up about 1/2". No google toolbar or other 3rd
party. Google items are under one of the links. Inside
some of the links are more folders with sites/folders.
