Can I add a second domain to 2003 AD?

I have a new office that would like to be completely seperate from the rest
of the building. Can I add a second domain to the server 2003 ad and manage
these computer through this second domain?
 
Not totally sure what you mean by "add a second domain to the server" but a
server can house only 1 domain. If you need another domain you need to buy
another server.

Yes it is possible to add a second domain to an existing AD forest.

Can you explain what you mean with "completely separate from the
rest".

Remember that domain admins from a certain domain in an AD forest
CANNOT prevent domain admins from other domains in the same AD forest
from doing things. If you know how. It will be possible.
That is why I ask what you mean.

What I mean by seperate is the new office doesn't want the pcs in the current domian to see their pcs. So I have read that server2003 can have multiple domains in a forest. I currently have - let's call is DomainA. DomainA has 30 users. I would like to have a DomainB. PCs in this new domain would log into DomainB and access resources on the same server that has DomainA. So I would like to know how to add DomainB. I have tired through DNS but I have no users and groups. I don't see any AD functionality.
