Can-Grow problem "columns"? access 2003 report

I have a report which has 2 data areas side by side. The left side of the
report has names and other data, the right side has memo fields set to
can-grow.

My problem is that if the fields on the right (the can-grow memo fields)
grow, any fields on the left get moved down the page. I would like the
fields on the left to stay together.

Example:

HOW THE REPORT IS NOW:

Daffy Duck this is the first memo field doesnt wrap
Bugs Bunny
Barney Rubble this is the second one which wraps and
wraps and wraps and wraps and wraps and wraps
and wraps and wraps and wraps and wraps
Fred Flinstone
Wilma Flinstone
Betty Rubble


HOW I WOULD LIKE THE REPORT:

Daffy Duck this is the first memo field doesnt wrap
Bugs Bunny
Barney Rubble this is the second one which wraps and
Fred Flinstone wraps and wraps and wraps and wraps and wraps
Wilma Flinstone and wraps and wraps and wraps and wraps
Betty Rubble

It would help to understand your table structure. I expect you should use a
subreport for the cartoon character names.
